CEL: Recruitment of Graduate Engineers through GATE 2014

Central Electronics Limited (CEL) has announced the Recruitment of Graduate Engineers on a contractual basis through GATE 2014. Applicants will be recruited for a minimum period of two extendable on performance basis to another year. For exemplary candidates, absorption on a permanent basis may be considered after the completion of the contractual period. Applicationns must be typed and submitted during the specified dates. Eligibility: Candidates must have passed with a first class (65%) as mentioned below

Selection Procedure: On the basis of GATE 2014 Scores followed by a Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

Note: This is a contractual position for a period of two years with provision of extension for another year extension upon exemplary performance. Candidates may be absorbed at the end of the contractual period on the basis of the performance.

Age: not more than 27 years as on August 31, 2014 (relaxation as per rules).

Salary: 

• First Year Emoluments (fixed): Rs 23,000
• Second Year Emoluments (fixed): Rs 24,000
• On exemplary performance, if absorbed in the organization at E -2 Grade: Pay Scale will be Rs 16400-40500

• A passport size photograph (identical to the one used in GATE 2014 Application) must be affixed in the given space.
• A non refundable DD for Rs 250 in favour of Central Electronics Limited payable at Ghaziabad/New Delhi must be enclosed along with the application form. (No fee for SC/ST/Pwd candidates) 

Note:

• Candidates must mention their name, GATE 2014 Regsitration No and the post applied for on the reverse of the DD
• Self attested copies of all the relevant degrees and certificates must also be enclosed with the Application form. 

Candidates must send the duly completed application through post/courier in a envelope superscribed with the post applied for.
